Colombia is hosting the Summit in Cartagena on April 14th and 15th and the debate about the drug trade and how to defeat it is heating up. On a recent visit to Univision, Colombian Foreign Minister María Angela Holguín told us that “we know what we have in drugs is not working.” While Colombia still does not think that legalization is the answer, they are looking forward to discussing new ideas at the Summit.

She also filled us in on what happens behind the scenes. You might be surprised by how many people President Obama is bringing to Cartagena.
