Work with what you’re given. We’ve all heard this advice before. Well, these artists took their given names and hid them away like an old Halloween costume, in a closet…then locked the door. But these real names are just too good to keep locked away.
Do you think we’d be hearing “feat. Armando” after every hit song? Would the ladies melt as quickly to the sounds of Geoffrey? And one can’t help but wonder if Elmer would go on to sell over 30 million records worldwide…
We’ll never know.
