From campsite, #YoSoy132 students monitor results (video)

Some students have been sleeping in tents for up to a week. Occupy Wall Street style.

Students from the #YoSoy132 movement are keeping a close eye on today’s election results, and also tracking how Mexican media is covering this event.
We visited a campsite organized by the #YoSoy132 movement under Mexico City’s Revolution Monument. Under a white tent, students organized booths where citizens could come to denounce voting irregularities, or file complaints against polling places that have run out of ballots.
Luis, a student who has been living at this site since Tuesday, told us that #YoSoy132 activists might stay there for days after the elections, if they are not convinced that today’s contest was clean and fair.
